STAGE 1:
PRE REGISTRATION

In this stage you are requested to provide basic information in order for you to be accredited as delegate to the Cartagena Summit.

STAGE 2:
ACCREDITATION

Every person who wants to participate in the Cartagena Summit for a Mine-Free World needs to be accredited. In order to do so, make sure you have completed the following:

• 1. Fill out the Pre Registration form on line (STAGE 1)
• 2. Meet the requirements established in the Rules of Procedure. Learn about the Rules of Procedure that you must follow if you are:
  • a. A State Party or Observer State (Rule 1.1.)
  • b. An Organizations with observer status (Rules 1.2. and 1.3.)
  • c. Other organizations that need to request observer status (Rule 1.4.)
  • d. Press

Once you have been accredited, you will receive an email containing important information regarding airlines, hotels and how to complete your registration process.

STAGE 3:
PARTICIPATION DETAILS

In order for the organizers of the Cartagena Summit to be able to offer you the best service upon your arrival and during your stay in Cartagena, please make sure you complete all the information requested in each of the steps of this last stage. You will be able to fill out this information once you receive the e-mail confirming your accreditation to the Cartagena Summit on a Mine-Free World.
